What are the costs involved?

R105 per month hosting and maintenance 
R75 dialup (only necessary if you don't already have a dialup account)
Size : no more than 500KB
Maintenance : R100 per hour (anything under ½ hour free of charge)

Web Development

First 10 graphics : Free of charge
Text and Layout : R200 per hour
Forms and Database : R300 per hour
